Who we are

Coco (cocoreflect.com) is operated by ACE AI Spark, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Coco you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Coco is an AI

Coco is an artificial intelligence, not a person. Its replies are generated automatically, can be wrong, and are not professional advice. Use your own judgment, and speak to a qualified person for decisions about your health, safety, money, or legal matters.

Coco is not medical care

Coco is an AI companion for reflection and journaling. It is not a therapist, doctor, or crisis service, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Nothing Coco says should be taken as medical or psychological advice. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional — our crisis resources page lists places to start.

What Coco is not for

• Emergencies or crisis situations. Coco shares crisis lines and encourages you to get help right away.
• Diagnosis, medication, or medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Replacing therapy, doctors, or the people in your life.
• Anyone under 18.

In an emergency

If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line straight away. Do not rely on Coco.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Coco.
• Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person.
• We may suspend accounts used to harm others or to abuse the service.

Your content

What you say to Coco stays yours. We store it to run the service and to give you continuity between sessions, as described in our privacy policy. You can delete individual memories, whole sessions, or your entire account at any time.

Beta software

Coco is offered as-is while in beta. Features may change or break, and sessions may occasionally fail. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Payment

Free accounts are never charged. Paid plans are monthly, in US dollars, and are billed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. You are charged at checkout and then on the same day each month until you cancel. You can cancel or change plan whenever you like from the Billing page; cancelling stops future charges and you keep your credit until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund part-used months. If a plan is not purchasable on the Billing page yet, it is not yet on sale and you cannot be charged for it — email contact@aceaispark.com with any billing question.

Using Coco fairly

Please don’t use Coco to harm yourself or others, to break the law, to try to make it produce harmful content, or to attack or overload the service.

Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, ACE AI Spark, Inc. is not liable for decisions you make based on conversations with Coco, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Changes

We may update these terms as Coco develops. Material changes will be surfaced in the app before they take effect.
